To transfer your previously registered or currently working numbers to Fax Micro, download and fill out the transfer form and fax to 1-888-217-4459 with a copy of your most recent toll free billing statement (dated within 30 days) showing the following information:

1. Account Name
2. Billing Address
3. Toll Free

Note: Please make sure the requirements are correct and complete to avoid delay. The transfer process usually takes 2-3 weeks upon receipt of all documents.
