HOW TO UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION AND MAKE PAYMENTS ONLINE  

No payment made 2 days after your billing date may cause suspension on your account, 7 days after your billing date may close your account until paid and 12 days after your billing date will definitely inactivate your account. To prevent any inconvenience, you may resolve this issue by updating your current billing information and settle your incurred fax charges.

Below are the steps on how to update your credit card information on file as well as on how to make payments on line.

  1. to your FaxMicro Control Panel. Please enter your Fax Micro username and password.

  2. Click on the tab.

  3. Click on the to check your credit card information on file.

  4. Click to view your billing transactions. A new window will appear, see example below,



  5. Close the Billing History Window. Click to modify information.

  6. Click the button to update.

  7. Click on the to view your status and balance.

  8. Click .

  9. Enter the amount and the notes on the corresponding text boxes. Notes must describe the charges that you will be paying. Ex. Monthly Bill, Declined Charges.

  10. Click to submit the charge. Please make sure that you have submitted your charge only once. This is to prevent multiple charging on your account.

    Note: If you have submitted your charge more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

  11. A prompt message will appear to confirm the submission of your payment. Just click OK and wait for 15 minutes to process.

  12. Lastly, after 15 minutes, you may click again on the tab then to check your account balance. Your payment will be successfully received if your remaining credits turned to 0.
