 This is the default status before the processed of the initial month. An account will not be activated for new users as long as the payment for the first month had not been processed. This status usually lasts in just a few minutes after the successful sign up online.
However, if your new account has not been activated for more than an hour and assured for a successful sign up, please check your credit card on file, make sure first that you have authorized our system to charged your credit card with your monthly bill.

This usually happens to new sign ups. Manual Verification Status occurs if our system detected that the user’s computer IP address is not a US IP address. We will give you a call back on your phone number on file to verify your account ownership. If the verification is valid, the account will be activated. 
There are only two common reasons for an account to be terminated. First, either you wished to cancel your subscription for whatever reasons you may have. Second, the account has been closed due to non payment.
If in any case, you have detected any problem on your credit card on file, you must immediately inform us to stop the auto-debit operation of our system or to extend your invoice if possible to prevent any inconvenience.
