Not receiving faxes is one of the most common issues that we want to deal beforehand. It is a transmission failure that was due to the following possible causes. Let us learn and work it out together.



You may try first to call your fax number using a regular phone. If you hear a fax tone, check your email spam box to retrieve your missing faxes. Some email clients considered faxes as spams due to their spamguard features. Others will totally prevent the transmission of email messages with attached faxes.

To resolve this, please add the FaxMicro email sender as a contact on your address book. Our email sender is nobody@backendhost.com. After doing this and you were still not receiving faxes on email, you may contact your email provider concerning this issue. If your email client stated that they were not blocking any system, please don't hesitate to let us know.



Busy signal occurred mostly when there was no email address set up on file. Log on to your FaxMicro control panel and update your email set up settings. How to set up email on file?

However, after setting up a correct email address on file and the fax number was still giving a busy signal, please inform us immediately to give attention to your account.



No payment made 2 days after your billing date may cause suspension on your account, 7 days after your billing date may close your account until paid and 12 days after your billing date will definitely inactivate your account.

To prevent any inconvenience, you may resolve this issue by updating your current billing information and settle your incurred fax charges.
