How It Works

  Send fax at your way
1.

Use your own Email address to send faxes.

  • Attach the file you would like to send
  • Put the recipients' fax numbers as the subject (no spaces in between)
  • Send the fax to: (your_username)@sf.faxmicro.com click here
2. Download the FaxMicro Print-to-Fax driver (3.6 Mb) that enables your computer to send files you want to fax directly from the programme you used to compose the file.

In order to send a fax document, open the file using your preferred software. Use the Print command and go to "Printer Options". Select the "FaxMicro Printer" and click on "OK". click here

A window appears in which you need to fill in the fax number of the recipient, the header of the fax and the Email address on which you would like to receive the fax confirmation. click here

Click on "Send" and your fax will be sent.

For the whole user manual, please click here.
3. Use the FaxMicro Online Control Panel to send and receive faxes. Access the Control Panel and go to the Messages section to send and receive faxes. click here

You can also use the Online Control Panel to see an overview of your Fax Logs, to keep a contact list and to broadcast your faxes to multiple recipients (max. 5000 numbers).
Receive fax in your email inbox
When you sign up for FaxMicro, you'll be given a free local or toll-free fax number that is tied to your email. All faxes sent to that number are first received by the FaxMicro system. The FaxMicro Internet Fax System converts all incoming faxes into either a .pdf, .ps or .tiff file and then sent to your email inbox as a file attachment. You can send and receive faxes as email attachments 24 hours anywhere with an Internet connection.
