If you have yet to install the driver, you can download our software from the downloads section.
There are cases in which fax transmissions may fail, generally this happens due to no fax tone at the phone number you specified. The FaxMicro system will retry and attempt to send you fax 5 times. If it is still unable to deliver your fax you will receive an Email confirmation that your fax was undelivered.
Faxes are received in monochrome (meaning black and white) tone. In most cases, fax messages become blurred when sent because the system automatically converts these images from its original colored state to monochromatic (or black and white). To avoid blurry messages, the user can set his or her printing attributes to monochrome so image quality can be adjusted. The clarity and quality of fax will is also dependent on the default settings of your printer.
As a default, all fax messages sent through the Control Panel will carry a cover page that includes the information specified on the Contact Info (under the Account Info tab) page on the Control Panel.
If you are using the FaxMicro Fax printer driver, you will also have a default cover page sent with your messages. Please contact our customer support team if you wish not to include a cover page. You can reach the FaxMicro support team by phone 1-877-329-7842, by Live Chat support or by Email support@faxmicro.com
If you are using a Hotmail account to receive fax messages, you may encounter errors due to the SPAM Guard feature of the Hotmail servers. Hotmail's SPAM Guard automatically blocks Fax-to-Email messages from FaxMicro servers. We advice you to use the Control Panel or to use an alternative Email address to continue receiving fax messages by Email.
Receiving an Email confirmation for fax messages sent by the Fax Broadcast feature is not possible to avoid server traffic congestion and to ensure fast and reliable sending of your fax messages.
