Yes, all FaxMicro users get their own Online Control Panel which allows them to modify and check up on their account information. To access the Control Panel, go to the FaxMicro website and login. After logging in, you can see overviews of your contact details, your contact list, your credits and many more features.
This error occurs when the account information of the FaxMicro Fax printer driver is incorrect or is missing. To check whether the information is correct, you need to check your Printer Driver Port Configuration
For toll free numbers, download the transfer form and fax it to 1-888-217-4459. There is no transfer fee. Please allow 3-4 business weeks to complete the transfer process. Local numbers may not be transferred to FaxMicro.
