• 1. When will my new account be activated?
    • In general, your account will be activated right after sign up. The maximum activation of the account would be 2 hours. Once your account has been activated, you will receive a confirmation Email containing your account information and instructions on how to use the service.

  • 2. Can I modify my account information online?
    • Yes, all FaxMicro users get their own Online Control Panel which allows them to modify and check up on their account information. To access the Control Panel, go to the FaxMicro website and login. After logging in, you can see overviews of your contact details, your contact list, your credits and many more features.

  • 3. Which file formats are supported by FaxMicro?
    • The following formats are supported by the FaxMicro Internet Fax system:

      *.CSV
      *.PPT
      *.PPS
      *.JPEG
      *.JPG
      *.BMP
      *.PNG

      *.PSD

      *.TXT
      *.PDF
      *.PS
      These files can be sent when using the Fax printer driver or when sending faxes by Email. The Control Panel supports .PDF, .TIFF and .PS.
