• 4. What hardware and software do I need to use FaxMicro?
    • For using FaxMicro you only need a computer with an Internet connection. The Online Control Panel functions like your personal fax machine, to use it you just need to login to your account on the FaxMicro website.

      To use the Fax printer driver, you need to download the software from the FaxMicro website. After the installation, you can send faxes straight from the program you used to compose the file.

      The software can be found in the downloads section.

  • 7. How do I know how much I am being billed for?
    • FaxMicro uses the following billing schedules to notify you with your occuring charges and to ensure that you will have enough time to settle your accounts.

      Notification schedules

      - Bill: Bills will be sent to the account holder's main email address two weeks before the billing date, and includes information about the due date and the total amount due.
      - Payment notice: This will be sent to the account holder's main email address right after a transaction has been successfully completed.
      - Declined notice: This will be sent when a transaction attempt fails to process correctly.
      - Expired credit card notice: This will be sent to the account holder's email address

  • 9. What kind of payment methods are available?
    • FaxMicro can only accept payment made by credit card. When paying by credit card it is important your information is kept up to date. If your billing information changes (i.e. each time your new credit card is renewed with a new expiration date or if you change credit card companies), please send the new information to FaxMicro as soon as possible.
